Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept merchandise returns of items that are new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included when applicable, when accompanied by an original invoice. 

All return orders must be returned within 7 days from the day the order was received by the customer when the tracking shows delivered status.

The shipping fee is NOT eligible for refund, only the price of the item(s).

For all FREE SHIPPING orders, a restocking fee of $10.00 USD will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will process your refund once the item(s) have been received, inspected and accepted, the refund will be process to the original form of payment during the ordering process. The refund may take up to 7 days to show in your records depending on each bank institution. 

We DO NOT accept exchanges of any kind.

All items on SALE page are final, no returns are allowed. No exceptions.
