Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept merchandise returns of items that are new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included when applicable, when accompanied by an original invoice.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow Be U Be Chic 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Be U Be Chic will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
The shipping fee is NOT eligible for refund, only the price of the item(s).
For all FREE SHIPPING orders, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
We will process your refund once the item(s) have been received, inspected and accepted, the refund will be process to the original form of payment during the ordering process. The refund may take up to 7 days to show in your records depending on each bank institution.
We DO NOT accept exchanges of any kind.
All items on SALE page are final, no returns are allowed. No exceptions.
